The Media gallery is a website where you can store, enrich, and share your photo and video files. You can organize them in a hierarchy of folders, and setup permissions if you want to restrict access.
Prerequisite
You need to ask an administrator for an account.

On Android, you can also use this application to access your gallery easily.
Alternate File Upload Method
